SHAME ON T-MOBILE!
In the end of July 2021 my wife and I went to T-Mobile store in Marina California to see about exchanging our current cell phones for a couple of new phones. As it turned out, the new phones that we had in mind needed to be ordered. We gave the T-Mobile sales person our personal information and $60 which was to be for the signup fee. We were told that an email was going to be sent to us for which we would need to sign. We probably procrastinated a bit which resulted in our order to be cancelled. Near the end of August our bank account was charged $90 for cell phone service. Heck, we didn't have the phones!
